Recycling Services and Processes

At B&B Skip Hire we are dedicated to recycling as much as possible. All the waste we take from Beccles, Lowestoft, Bungay, Halesworth, Southwold and the surrounding areas comes back to our Recycling Centre in Beccles. We deal with all the waste we receive before it goes anywhere else, this gives us the opportunity to make sure that as much as can be is recycled. All wood, cardboard, soil, rubble, metal and plastic is separated out of the waste stream so that it can be reduced, re-used or recycled before any ultimate disposal.

Currently we are recycling between 83-87% of the waste we receive. While this is a very good standard, we are always looking for ways to improve upon it. In order to do this we are considering new outlets for various waste streams and the opportunities that become increasingly available as technology in the recycling field improves.
